Concerning the ISO 9000 International Quality Standard (International Standard of Organization)
The wishes and needs of the FPL group allow innovation, in order to make a name for ourselves in quality,
it is about setting up and follow-up of the ISO 9000 quality approach in all types of companies.
We are currently in the process of obtaining internal quality assurance "ISO 9001 version 2000" expected for the end of September 2005. We are doing everything possible for our activities to meet standard requirements.
Regarding training,
Agro alimentary
The diverse activities of the FPL group as temporary agro alimentary work is also an activity that concerns meat cutting. We have developed training courses to fulfil this need. This creation had a goal of capitalising on our experience in the field of personalized training plans.
It centers on food hygiene and work safety, as well as other subjects such as packing and packaging.
For the last few years, following technological and commercial development as well as to meet strict food laws, we have reorganized our company with the creation of a specialized agency proposing modules adapted to industrial alimentation networks.
This training is directed toward teaching all skills regarding meat technology, continued improvement of hygiene and safety, individual performance evaluations, processing workshop audits.
In the framework of all these activities, we are known and recognized by other customers. Our business is not limited only to the FPL Group.
Our clients would like more and more personalized services, they trust us and allow us to work along side with them. These customers are for example Charal and Codéviandes (for meat processing).
This is why, if you hope to break into the French market, we are here to listen to you as well as advise you. We are here to guide you in the statuatory and bacteriology fields to improve your knowledge in relation to the innovation trends of French household consumption.
Telecommunications
We have recently broken into this field thanks to our development skills.
At present, we are training operators to drive Passenger and Goods Lifts.
We also give some advice on different security practises in the telecommunications field.
Soon, we will have the necessary skills to train the personnel of our clients companies to drive auxiliary cranes on carriers and/or drillers.
Other prospects
Concerning the training of rescuers/ first-aid workers in the workplace, we are in the process of being given the ability to this ourselves.
