* Per the company manager's request with the wish of the person concerned.

This mission is to analyse the professional skills of the voluntary operators who work on meat production.
Judgement will made on the competence of the defined job, the skill of the accomplished gestures and the technical knowledge of meat products


I) INITIAL PHASE
Behavioural study based on trainee knowledge .
(To be able to assess the intellectual level of each trainee, in order to position the teaching of the modules)


II) EVALUATION PHASE
1) Evaluate the skill and professional practices of the operators.

  • Evaluate technical skills according to the position held.

2) Evaluate employee's technical knowledge.

  • With the help of pre-established questionnaires the trainee can answer.


III) CONCLUSION
Assessment and overview
* Meeting with the operator and / or the manager to explain the outcome.
