PERMIT TO DRIVE PASSENGER AND GOODS LIFT

FORMATION AUTORISATION DE CONDUITE DES PEMP PERMIT TO DRIVE PASSENGER AND GOODS LIFT

audits ateliers OBJECTIVE :
Training is aimed at professionals :

  • about to be appointed as a Passenger and Goods Lift driver
  • requesting to retrain as a Passenger and Goods Lift driver.

The aim of the training is to distribute to each future Passenger and Goods Lift user, instructions for optimal use including security on the job and according to decree texts quoted in reference. The aim is to test each person's abilities according to basic referential, approved by the issuing of a driving permit.


I) EDUCATIONAL PHASE
1) Set regulations

  • Text laws according to the decree of December 2nd 1998
  • Aptitude conditions
  • Permission validity
  • Persons concerned with using a Passenger and Goods Lift


2) Material refers to

  • The different existing categories
  • The machine used in the company
  • The description of the security organs


3) Risks incurred and the reasons

  • Listing of dangerous risks
  • Acknowledgement and valuation of the reasons
  • How to avoid a risk and how to position oneself in a safe context


4) Using a Passenger and Goods Lift

  • Machine operation
  • Daily inspection of operating controls
  • Task distribution and operating roles
  • Choice of workstation implantation
  • Ensure area of intervention is safe


5) Safety at work

  • Personal protective equipment
  • Security while operating the machine
  • Security around the workstation


II) APPLICATION PHASE
NOTE: the trainee group is split up into a binomial to make progress easier.
Each trainee will alternate manipulating and ensuring the area of intervention is safe according to the following plan:

1) Handling operating controls

The trainee studies different machine controls, both for controls and security.

2) Using the Passenger and Goods Lift

The trainee uses the machine following instructions given by the trainer, that is to say :

  • Setting up the Passenger and Goods lift
  • Positioning on different sectors


3) Ensuring the area of intervention is safe

the second trainee binomial marks out the area of intervention and guarantees the security of its colleague and work sector.
The binomial practises the emergency manipulation.


III) EVALUATION PHASE
NOTE: each trainee will be subject to an ability exercise revolving around two themes :

1) Pedagogical test

Answer a pre-established questionnaire, revolving around the application rules of the 2nd December 1998 Decree.
This one made up of twelve questions relating to concept and utilization.

2) Practical test

Position oneself at a workstation identical to the one taken at the beginning of the day, with controls already set.
Use the Passenger and Goods Lift according to regulations in effect and to those learned during training.


IV) CONCLUSION
1) Results and synthesis

  • Test of achievements by the trainer.
  • Trainee's personal opinion (round the table)
  • ANALYSIS PERMIT TO DRIVE PASSENGER AND GOODS LIFT DEBATE


2) Training evaluation

  • Sending of a driving permit to the referring company.
    (according to each trainee's results)

Retraining salaried employee : 1 day (Maximum 10 people)
Confirmed salaried employee : 2 days (Maximum 6 to 8 people)
Beginner salaried employee    : 3 days (Maximum 6 to 8 people)
                                                          1 to 2 days (Maximum 4 people)
