
TUTORS TRAININGOBJECTIVE :
This professional training course is aimed at professionals of the meat industry, preferably experienced employees of the firm in their planned job.
The objective will be to give them necessary tools adapted to their technical abilities :
- How could a group of persons be analysed, on their psychology as well as their professionalism ?
- How to anticipate the behaviour of each person ?
I) INITIAL PHASE
- Behavioural study on trainee knowledge
(To be able to assess the intellectual level of each tutor, in order to position the teaching methods of the modules)
1) Initial knowledge appraisal.

II) EDUCATIONAL PHASE
1) The Training course guidance and its positive action on the job.
- To define the objectives of the training course with the group and describe its beneficial actions, which will allow each operator to become a qualified professional.
Everyone will acquire the essential technical knowledge to meet the continuing development of the meat industry processes.
III) PRACTICAL PHASE
1) Assess the skills and the professional knowledge of the tutors.
- To practise the required job with the future tutor, to evaluate his professional capacity
2) Transfer of necessary tools for good teaching abilities.
- To teach him how to reproduce movements and the adapted methods in order to apply the constructive training course
